What is  Soft Play?

Our mobile soft play is designed with soft padded equipment, including ball pits, slides, blocks and more. Whether you're hosting an indoor or outdoor event, our sets are versatile and can be customized to meet your needs.

How much space do we need for the soft play/ bounce castle set-up?

We need a minimum of the following:

16x12 ft for the combo packages. 

10x10 ft for the  soft play package

8x8x11 ft for the Bouncy Castle with 10ft ceiling clearance and a nearby electric plug.

What if I need to re-schedule or cancel my reservation?

We kindly ask for a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to the event if you wish to cancel and receive a refund. Unfortunately, if you cancel less than 7 days before the event, we cannot refund the deposit. However, you may use the deposit as a credit towards a future event within 1 year. Thank you for your understanding.

What happens when there is a weather disruption?

In order to ensure the safety of our guests and staff, we have established rules regarding weather disruption. If the weather is deemed unsafe for outdoor set-up, we require an alternate location to be provided. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of set-up. Please refer to our liability agreement for more detailed information.

How do I book a package?

Please start by filling out our Inquiry Form found here. Once received, we will review your inquiry, send a booking summary with some follow-up questions.  A 30% of the invoice is required to secure your date.

How does delivery work?

Delivery is included in the price for set-ups within Calgary city limits. 

Out of town delivery may be considered for  an extra charge.

How often is the equipment cleaned?

All of our equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each event and sanitized again during set-up.

Why is there a face painting restriction? 

Face paint can permanently stain and damage our equipment. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we are unable to service events that will have face paint in attendance. Please note that any damaged equipment will result in a charge.

What age group are your packages appropriate for?

Our soft play packages are for children aged 1-5, while our bouncy castle is sure to be a hit with ages 2-8. 

Can I rent a package for longer than 5 hours?

Yes, we charge $25/hr for additional time. Our packages comes with 5 hours of fun. 

Please note, our last pick-up time is 7:00pm. Our Late pick-up charge is $25/hr.

How can I personalize a package? 

 Our ball pit comes with white and clear balls. You can pick up to 3 accent colors for our ball pit to match with your theme.  We will also try our best to match the soft play blocks and hoppers to coordinate with your color scheme.  

For extra special touch, try our add-ons such as personalized decals or balloon garland for an extra fee.
